Also, we are expecting another child and therefore we ., need four bedrooms which the living area over the garage will give us." C. The adjacent structure to the north is approximately 20 feet from the common lot line resulting in more than the 20 feet between living„areas-: Mr. McKay stated that he would like to put a bedroom, a bathroom and a -den over the garage which would amount to approximately 600 square.feet. The reason for the additional space is because his mother in law will be moving in with them:' Also, they are expecting another child. He stated they had already, enlaxgedothe kitchen. The entrance to the new addition would be from the existing dining room to the proposed den. Ms. Gabel stated they had received a letter from John and Terry Millang, 5234',,; Matterhorn Drive N.E., stating they had no objections,. They would be the most affected neighbor. She read the letter and stated a motion would be in order to receive the letter. a MOTION by Mr. Plemel, seconded by Mr. Barna, to receive the letter from John and Terry Millang. She asked if the siding would be the same? Mr. McKay stated that it would look good and the siding would be the same. 14 "Gaba1 asked if he would be doing this himself? Mr. McKay stated he would hire a contractor to do it. Nisi: Gabei :asked if they had to stabilize the garage? 1 ._ -Mr.'Mstated a beam and a center post would be put in.
