Dear Mr. and Mrs. O'Rourke: A recent inspection revealed that bushes at the southeast corner of the above referenced property appears to be creating a visual obstruction at the intersection of 53rd Avenue/Matterhorn Drive. This obstruction extends into what is called the "vision safety zone" (see enclosed definition) restricting a clear sight path for motorists at this intersection. Please take the appropriate action to bring this property into compliance with the enclosed ordinance.
