RE: Property at 5368 Matterhorn Drive N.E.
Dear Ms. Rusch:
A recent inspection revealed that a bush at the southeast corner
of the above referenced property appears to be creating a visual
obstruction at the intersection of Matterhorn Drive/Skywood Lane.
This obstruction extends into what is called the "vision safety
zone" (see enclosed definition) restricting a clear sight path for
motorists at this intersection.
Please take the appropriate action to bring this property into
compliance with the enclosed ordinance. I will be reinspecting on
or shortly after July 24, 1991, at which time compliance is
