Dear Mr. Castillejos: On February 24, 1987 it was confirmed by an on-site inspection that you are maintaining a green Vega with expired license Nii7 815. Chapter 123 of the Fridley City Code requires that all vehicles in the City be currently licensed and in a street operable condition. An alternate is to store said vehicles within a building or at an approved location, e.g. a licensed junk yard. Therefore, the City must require you to remove said vehicles from this property or bring them into compliance with the City Code by either licensing and putting the vehicles in a street operable condition, placing them within the confines of a Wilding, or removing then to an approved location.
