Dear Mr. Vesall:
As per your request of July 3, 2003, we checked our records and we are writing this letter to
inform you that Right Way Roofing did not request either the ice shield inspection or the final
inspection of the reroofing job completed in May, 1998 at your residence. We also checked
the address of 5776 Matterhorn Drive NE and found that inspections were not requested by
Right Way Roofing for the reroofing job completed in October of 1999 at this address.
An inspection was conducted at your residence on June 30, 2003 to inspect the' roof leaking
that has been occurring. We will need to meet the contractor on-site to verify the ice shield
application and to discover the possible reason for the leaking.
Please have Right Way Roofing contact us at 763-572-3604 to set up an inspection on the
reroofing.
