In our telephone conversation, you indicated that somebody had complained
about the appearance of the above property. As I told you, there were
shingles missing from the side and rear of the garage since last Fall.
To my knowledge, there hasn't been any more extensive damage done for
some time.
As I am sure you are aware, Vern Donnay Realty, Inc. is the owner of
this property and we have a construction mortgage. Any repairs to the
building would be their responsibility. I've been informed by Vern
Donnay Realty, Inc. that they have sold this property and assuming
their loan is approved, it should close in the near future. I am not
aware as to how the repairs are to be handled.

Permits were issued on August 2, 2001 and September 10, 2001 to install a furnace and four
plumbing fixtures at your address. According to the State Plumbing Code and Uniform
Mechanical Code, final inspections shall be conducted on the work authorized by these permits.
As of this date, no final inspections have been called for.
