Dear Owner/Occupant: A recent inspection revealed that shrubbery at the northwest corner of the above referenced property appears to be creating a visual obstruction at the intersection of northbound Meadowmoor and eastbound Meadowmoor. This obstruction extends into what is called the "vision safety zone" (see enclosed definition) restricting a clear sight path for motorists at this intersection.
