I assume was in effect when you purchased your home, is no longer a require-
ment due to a'modification of the Flood Hazard Boudary Map for our area.
This modification was completed May 14, 1976.

Dear Owner/Occupant:
A recent inspection revealed that shrubbery at the northwest corner of the above
referenced property appears to be creating a visual obstruction at the intersection of
northbound Meadowmoor and eastbound Meadowmoor. This obstruction extends into
what is called the "vision safety zone" (see enclosed definition) restricting a clear sight
path for motorists at this intersection.
Please take the appropriate action to remove all obstructions from the vision safety
zone. I will be reinspecting on or shortly after September 24, 1996, at which time
compliance is expected. Feel free to call me at 572-3595 if you have questions or wish
