A final inspection was made on April 21, 1981 of the above noted structure
and the following items were noted which must be completed before the
construction can be finaled out;
1. Provide sod in the front and side yards. by June 15, 1981.
2 Complete the firewall between garage and living area by June 15, 1981.
3. Provide nuts on the anchor bolts in the garage by June 15, 1981.
We will expect the above items to be completed by the scheduled date when
a reinspection will be made to determine compliance. If you have any
