A final inspection was made on April 7, 1978 of the above address and
the following items were noted which must be completed before the
structure can be finaled out;
1. Provide permanent deck posts by July 14, 1978.
2. Install 5/8" Type X sheetrock.for the fire wall in garage on
the property line by July 14, 1978.
3. Provide sod in the front and side yards by July 14, 1978.
4. Provide a hard surface driveway by July 14, 1978.
