Dear Sirs:
A final inspection was made on November 28, 1979 of the above address
and the following items were noted which must be completed before the
structure can be finaled out;
1. Provide sod in the front and side yards by June 15, 1980.
2. Complete the fire wall in the existing garage at 5482 Meister Road
by December 17, 1979.
3. Reduce the spacing on the.deck guardrail to 9 inches or less by
December 17, 1979.
We will expect the above items to be completed by the scheduled dates
when reinspections will be made to determine compliance. If you have

Dear Mr. Dolle:
A final reinspection was made on June 16,1980 of the deck construction
at your address. It was noted that the rail spacing is more than the
9 inches allowed by the Code.
We will expect the deck rail spacing to be reduced to less than o.;at
the nine inch maximum by July 15, 1980 when a reinspection will again
be -conducted to determine compliance. If you -have any questions on

Enclosed please find a copy of our letter to you dated June 17, 1980
that brought to your attention the need to reduce the deck rail
spacing to the maximum of 9 inches or less.
A reinspection was again conducted on July 15, 1980 and it was noted
that this correction has not been completeA.. We will expect this
correction to be completed by August 1, 1980'when a reinspection will
again be conducted to determine compliance: If there is some reason
why you feel you can not complete this work, please contact me at
571-3450.
Failure to abate this violation may result in this matter being turned
over to the City Prosecutor for his legal consideration.
