Dear Ms. Johnson:
A mechanical permit was issued on November 19, 1999 for the installation of a furnace
at your address. An inspection was conducted on December 10, 1999 of this
installation and there were corrections that had to be completed before the installation
could be finaled. We were never called back to check the corrections and final out the
installation. According to Section 305(a) of the 1991 Uniform Mechanical Code, a final
inspection shall be performed on the mechanical permit.
The permit fee that was paid covers the inspector's time to check to make sure the
appliance was installed correctly.
-Ifyou would like the corrections inspected, please contact us within 30 days to arrange
the inspection. If we do not hear from you we will expire the permit and note that no
inspection were called for.
