establishment.
The Anoka County Food and Beverage Ordinance requires that a license be
obtained for the operation of a catering establishment. Enclosed is a
partially completed license application to operate a catering establishment
in Anoka County. Please complete both sides, and return it to us, together
with the appropriate license fee (.$53.00 for an establishment 0-3000 square
feet). If the establishment is a sole proprietorship or partnership, the
application must be signed by the owner. If the establishment is a corpora-
tion, the application must be signed by an officer of the corporation or
evidence provided that the person signing the application is authorized
to act on behalf of the corporation for this purpose.
