Dear Owner/Occupant: On November 17, 1993, I sent you a letter (copy enclosed) regarding two violations of the Fridley City Code. 'One of the issues involved a truck (license #481-DRW) with expired registration stored in the driveway. As my initial letter indicated, the Code requires that all vehicles stored outside on private property must be currently licensed and street operable. On December 13, 1993, I conducted a reinspection of your property. At that time, I observed that the truck had been removed and the outside storage had been eliminated. At that point, I considered the matter to be resolved. On January 10, 1994, I drove past your residence and observed that the truck had returned to the driveway. Upon checking license information, I learned that the vehicle still has expired registration. It is imperative that this truck have current license tabs and be fully street operable if it is kept in your driveway.
