No.: 23-30-24-22-0147 Dear Mr. and Mrs. Russell: Fridley City Code 105 (copy enclosed) states that it is unlawful to maintain land in the City upon which weeds, grass, or rank vegetation exceeds ten (10) inches in height; or other noxious growth exists as outlined in the ordinance.
