On 1-16-15, 1 approved the slab rebar in place. See the attached inspection report for that date. I also have reviewed the attached concrete delivery ticket which was provided to me by you. The mix design shown appears to be in compliance with the specification. Therefore, to the best of my knowledge, the contractor complied with the specification for this project. Page 1 of 1 1. I observed the rebar in place. All rebar was acceptable for quantity, size, spacing and cover. All rebar was in place previous conversations and direction from me during site visit on 1-15-15. All rebar in place was epoxy coated. Final chairing was needed in a few locations that I pointed out to the contractor. 2. Steel beam wl studs was in place. Bearing length on CMU walls was adequate each end. 3.
