Mr. Theilman called and indicated that a snowplow has damaged three
bushes on his property. He said the same thing happened three years
ago when one bush was damaged. Please see that appropriate review -
is made and a personal contact is made with the gentleman after
4:00 PM to resonably solve the problem.

5/12/76 - Reference property reviewed; shrubs are on public right of way. The
property owner has been infomed the City of Fridley cannot be responsible
for shrubs planted on public right of way and it was suggested they be
removed and/or replaced in a new location. We have suggested to him that if
he wants to pursue the matter, he can file a claim and we will forward it
on to our insurance company, however, it was stressed that the City is not
