Recently the City of Fridley received information regarding the
Possibility of your single family home operating as a multi -family
dwelling in a residential district (R-1 zone). The City's Zoning
Code prohibits the operation of a multi -family dwelling in an R-1
district.
At this time, the City is requesting that you supply our office
with some information. We are specifically interested in the
number of people living in the dwelling unit, whether or not they
are related to you, and the number of entrances and kitchen
facilities within the dwelling unit.
