We also concur in your request to occupy the premises during its most vulnerable period. We have discussed your request with our various personnel and have -come up with some stipulations and recommendations, all of which are intended to protect your lives. 1. You must provide a one hour separation between the portion (garage) you want to occupy and the unfinished portion of the structure. 2. You must provide one products of combustion fire alarm in the unfinished area, preferably on the wall between it and the garage, with an alarm transmission in the area being occupied, or two alarms; one in the garage and one in the house. 3. Either install a water closet in the basement or provide a temporary satellite toilet on the premises. 4. City water should be provided somewhere in the structure (a faucet at the entry of the water service to the structure will be acceptable). 5.
