The inspection on the above date found the following list of deficiencies which must be corrected. Any repairs or improvements must be completed in a workmanship like manner. It is the City's hope that similar or other deficiencies that were not noted will be corrected as needed. EXTERIOR• 1. He requested that we inspect his apartment for possible Maintenance Code violations. A subsequent inspection Was conducted on December 8, 1983 and the following deficiencies were found: 1. Code Section 220.063 (2): The kitchen faucet was leaking. 2. Code Section 220.063 (2): The seal between the water closet (toilet) and the floor may be broken. 3. Code Section 220.063 (3): The heat zone valve was not functioning properly as the thermostat was set at the minimum setting and the baseboard heating units were still hot, causing the apartment to be very Warm. Would you please see that these three items are corrected as soon as possible. We will reinspect the apartment on or about December 29, 1983 and expect that all the items will have been corrected by that date. Your cooperation on this matter will be appreciated.
