and,.the following items were noted which must be completed before the structure
can be finaled out;
1. Provide sod in the front and side yards.
2. Provide garage door closer.
3. Provide proper self closing door to scuttle from garage.
4. Replace temporary step in garage with permanent step.
5. Provide double fasteners in header without trimmer over garage window.
6. Increase headroom in stairwell to 6 feet 6 inches.

Dear Mr. Hawryluk:
It was confirmed by an on-site inspection on September 7, 1983 that you
were maintaining a white & black Opel, with expired Minnesota license
#DUB 483, on the above listed property in a junked, street inoperable
condition.
Chapter 123 of the Fridley City Code requires that all vehicles in the City
be currently licensed and in a street operable condition. An alternative
is to store said vehicles within a building or at an approved location,
e.g. a licensed dunk yard.
Therefore, the City must require you to remove said vehicle from this
property or bring it into compliance with the City Codes by displaying
current registration and putting the vehicle in a street operable
condition, by placing it within the confines of a building or by removing
it to an approved location.
A reinspection will be conducted on or about September 19, 1983 to
determine compliance. We are confident in your cooperation and desire to
make Fridley a better community to live in. If any questions or problems
result from this letter, please feel free to contact me at 571-3450.
Failure to abate this violation may result in this matter being turned over
to the City Prosecutor for his legal consideration.

Dear Mr. Hawryluk:
On April 15, 1987 it was confired by an on-site inspection that the
property at 506 Mississippi Street N.E. does not meet the minimum
standards necessary to maintain a pleasant and prosperous suburban
environment. IsNile major code requirements are satisfied, the
following item does not comply with the performance standards of
the City Code:
1. Plastic and paper trash bags stored in the open. City Code
requires that you store trash bags inside an enclosed container.
I understand that there may have been some extenuating circumstances
for this to have occurred, however, your quick action to correct this
situation would be a great improvement for your property and the entire
community as well.
An inspection will be conducted on or about May 7, 1987, to determine
compliance.
