The emphasis will be on community development and improvement through landscaping, screening, clean-up and maintenance. The program as it is envisioned will be a concerted effort by the City administration, local business, community organ- izations and citizens, to upgrade existing commercial and industrial establish- ments and insure that new buildings are an asset to our Community.
