On May 29, 1986 it was confirmed by an on-site inspection that your property
at 811 Mississippi Street N.E. does not meet the minimus standards necessary
to maintain a pleasant and prosperous suburban environment. While major eocse
requirements are satisfied, the following item goes not comply with the
performance standards of the City Code:

A recent inspection revealed that a realty sign located at the
southwest corner of the above referenced property appears to be
creating a visual obstruction at the intersection of Mississippi
Street and Jackson Street. This obstruction extends into what is
called the "vision safety zone" (see enclosed definition)
restricting a clear sight path for motorists at this intersection.
Please take the appropriate action to bring this property into
