REGARDING: Current Code Deficiencies at 355 Mississippi Street
Street and 368 - 66th Avenue N.E.
Attached are the inspection results listing the items not in
compliance with the current building code requirements for the
above two addresses.
The inspections were conducted on February 1, 1990 and the list
reflects items that are in noncompliance with current code
requirements for new single family construction.
Both of the home are in a good state of repair and are in good
condition. The one at 355 Mississippi Street was constructed in
1950 and the one at 368 - 66th Avenue in 1951.

RE: First Notice of Noncompliance at 355 Mississippi Street N.E.
Dear Mr. Swanson:
The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of promoting a pleasant
and attractive suburban environment. A recent inspection of the property at 355
Mississippi Street N.E. revealed that not all Code requirements are presently being met.
Listed below is an item which does not comply with the City Code:
Fridley City Code requires that all vehicles must be currently licensed, street
operable, and kept on a hard surface parking area if they are stored outside. I
observed an improperly parked vehicle on the east side of the garage.
Your prompt attention in correcting this situation would greatly assist us in helping make
Fridley a better place to live. An inspection will be conducted on or shortly after
September 25, 1996, to determine compliance.
