We reviewed Mr. Bogie's proposal and discussed alternative methods for meeting Mr. Wenzel's accessibility needs. I have attached a sketch of the property (Attachment A) to clarify my findings which are outlined below. I will present each room and its requirements in order of access from outside. Garage: �t�rer's gv- ■ Modify the garage door opener, and door track mounting to assure proper clearance for a van. Relocate wall switch for garage door opener to within 44" of platform surface. / jj W, ■ Install a 6'-0" wide platform, approximately 1 'high along the east wall of the garage to serve the Breezeway.
