A final reinspection was conducted on September 28, 2000 of the above address and the
following item was noted which is still incomplete and which must be completed before
the structure can be finaled out;
Provide sod in the front and side yards by June 15, 2001.
The structure is approved for occupancy. We will expect the sod to be installed on or
before the scheduled date and a reinspection called for. If you have any questions on this
