Ft. of Building - 9 spaces required • Driveway from Mississippi Street shall be "enter' only; directional sign to be provided. When I went home Monday, I took a look. What I found was no indication of a directional sign, I highly doubt that it is used in only entering. I also question the number of parking spaces. They were not outlined, but I would be interesting to see if 9 cars could fit? 6490 Central Avenue - Sandees • Zoned C2 • Total seating 136 • Required Parking 46 • Present Parking 55 (before driveway went through) After driving through Sandees I believe they only lost about 3 parking spaces at the most, still having adequate parking available.
