Recently, I received information suggesting that the hedge located
along the south side of your property was reducing use of the City
sidewalk by pedestrians. Upon inspection, I observed that some
encroachment has occurred. Please take action to trim this hedge
to eliminate this encroachment.
While making this inspection, I noticed that this hedge closely
approaches the intersection of Anoka Street and Mississippi Street.
Although not currently creating a problem, it appeared to me that
there may be an obstruction within the vision safety zone as this
hedge fills out later in the season. Please review the enclosed
ordinance information concerning the "vision safety zone" and take
any necessary action to ensure compliance.
