Dear Mr. Burke: At present your property at 1695 Mississippi Street N.E. does not meet the minimum standards necessary to maintain a pleasant and healthy suburban environment. On April 25, 1985 I sent a letter to the owner asking him to correct this situation. Since that time, I have talked to the owner. A review of the file showed that a wood -burning heater is at this site. The owner has cut all the timber to burning lengths and stacked them in the rear yard on plastic to prevent weed grownth.
