Dear Ms. Hawes:
A mechanical permit was issued on May 10, 1999 for the property located at
6555 Monroe St NE for a furnace and an air conditioning unit. According to
Section 305(a) of the 1991 Uniform Mechanical Code a final inspection shall be
performed on the mechanical system.
You will be given thirty (30) days from receipt of this notice to request a final
inspection on the above noted corrections. If we do not hear from you, we will
expire the permit and any inspections on this installation will require a new
permit.
