Dear Mr. Casey:
Please recall my previous phone calls concerning this matter. Our
last conversation was on March 10, 1989 when you agreed that you
would have the roofer, R & M Associates, go back and correct the
shingled roof of the above address by installing the required
flashing along the wall where the low roof meets the wall to the
higher roof.
Ms. Lambert has experienced more ceiling damage due to roof leaks.
She expects that since she repaired her ceiling once, after the roof
was repaired, that you will accept the responsibility for that also.
We expect this letter will prompt you to make the necessary
corrections as soon as possible. We will reinspect to determine
compliance on June 1, 1989. Your cooperation will be appreciated and
if you have any questions, please contact me at 572-3602.
