lot for on - site storage during construction period only.
I assume I will not need a permit for this trailer location as long
as it is on our lot and not on the streets.

the Building Inspection Department of Fridley. Please call or write

Your concern and assistance in obtaining a building permit for my new
home at 1412 North Innsbruck Drive ( Lot 1, Block 7, Innsbruck North,
First Addition) is appreciated.
Verbal instructions were given and to be certain I understood correctly
and so that I didn't over look any items, I'm enclosing a page of
"Instructions to Owner". If there are any other matters of concern please
let me know. These instructions plus the comments and directions placed
on an approved set of plans are the guide lines we will follow in construction.
I have been pleased with the business dealings I have had with the City
of Fridley. Mrs. Johnson and I look forward to becoming a resident
of Fridley.

INSTRUCTIONS TO OWNER
Owner to obtain a new survey from Surburban Engineering after footings
poured. Survey to be submitted to City of Fridley Building Department.
Purpose of survey is to exactly locate building position on lot.
Owner or Architect to call the Fridley Building Inspection Department
560-3450
1. After footing forms are in but prior to pouring footings. Advance notice
of at least 4 hours required.
2. After framing is complete, plumbing roughed - in and electrical
roughed - in complete, but before insulation and sheetrock applied.
3. After fire box and miler completed, before fire places closed in with
masonry.
4. Plumbing contractor to obtain permit and to call plumbing inspector
after rough - in completed.
5. Electrical contractor to obtain permit and to call electrical inspector
after rough - in completed.
6. Final inspection - prior to owner occupancy.
