Re: 1426 North Innsbruck Drive N.E. Dear Mr. Lindner: On May 27, 1976 our inspectors made a framing inspection of the above mentioned house. During that inspection we asked you to either replace, or more preferably, to have a testing laboratory cartify the strength.of a twisted "I" beam supporting the garage roof. Although the beam's dimensions may be "over designed", subsequent twisting may have reduced its limits of bearing strength. The house is near completion and we have not received a letter of certification from any testing agency. I would suggest you contact our office soon if you have any questions. The house cannot be further inspected until we receive the testing agency's report. We also have not received a "verifying survey" on this address as stipulated on your building permit. We would appreciate your prompt attention to resolve the above noted items. Re: 1426 North Innsbruck Drive N.E. Dear Mr. Lindner: On May 27, 1976 our inspector made a framing inspection of the above mentioned house.
