Landvest Development Corporation, the developers of the Timber Ridge
Townhouses located on the 1500 block of 69th Avenue N.E., would like
to place a temporary directional sign (55"x21"x5') for the townhouse
project on the unimproved residential lot of Mr. Richard F. Weislfenning,
located at the corner of 69th Avenue N.E. and old Central.
We understand this is considered a billboard and not permitted on a
residential lot without approval of the council. Mr. Weislfenning has
granted us approval conditional on the Council's decision. The sign
would remain on the property no longer than six months.
