Section 113, Refuse Disposal, of the City Code requires that all refuse be stored in an approved manner, e.g. 30 gallon metal refuse containers with the cover in place. In addition said refuse must be removed from the premises and disposed of at a sanitary landfill at least once a week. Therefore, the City must require you to clean and maintain your property free of all refuse found accumulated there, and to provide weekly collection to prevent a reoccurrence of this problem. A reinspection will be conducted on or about ten (10) days from the date of this letter to determine compliance. We are confident in your cooperation and desire to make Fridley a better community to live in. If you have any questions or problems, please contact me at 571-3450.
