Dear Ms. Massengill:
It was brought to the City's attention and verified by an on site inspection
on December 2, 1977 that there was roofing wastes, a sofa, tree wastes, and
miscellaneous debris and refuse deposited and littering the ground to the
west of your residence.
Section 113, Refuse Disposal, of the City Code requires that all refuse be
stored in an approved manner, e.g. 30 gallon metal refuse containers with
the cover in place. In addition said refuse must be removed from the premises
and disposed of at a sanitary landfill at least once a week.
Therefore, the City must require you to clean and maintain your property
free of all refuse found accumulated there, and to provide weekly collection
to prevent a reoccurrence of this problem.
A reinspection will be conducted on or about ten (10) days from the date of
this letter to determine compliance. We are confident in your cooperation
and desire to make Fridley a better community to live in. If you have any
questions or problems, please contact me at 571-3450.
Failure to abate this violation may result in this matter being turned over
to the City Prosecutor for his legal consideration.

On July 188 1986 it was confirmed by an on-site inspection that the property
at 1275 Norton Ave. does not meet the minimum standards necessary to
maintain a pleasant and prosperous suburban environment. While major code
requirements are satisfied, the following item does not comply with the
performance standaras of the City Code:
1. An orange Dodge Truck stored in the front yard. Please refrain f ram
using the front yard area for storage.
I understand that there may have been sane extenuating circumstances for this
to have occurred, however, your quick action to correct this situation would
