#3 Furnace low voltage wire wired wrong or incomplete . Cannot run fan on constant.
#4 Wrong material used for furnace venting. Gray PVC and short throated elbows.
#5 Filter rack / return air boot cut into the rear of furnace.
#6 Filter rack / return air boot too small.
97 Condensate drain from furnace incorrect.
08 No drain line from April Air humidifier. We did not check the operation of it.
99 No register on the furnace plenum.

waste pipes in that joist space. Freezing of these pipes is eminent. .

#29 Exhaust system in the attic area that serves the kitchen hood is made from a old
blower/motor from a used furnace and the blower and open motor is in the grease duct
system. This is a dangerous application and eventually would cause a fire caused by a
spark from the motor, a over heated - failed blower bearing, or a spark from friction if the
blower wheel rubs on the blower housing. This whole system is sized way too large and
exhausts too much air from the house causing down drafting of the chimney and causing
the water heater to exhaust into the living area of the house causing death or injury to the
occupants of the home.
#30 The supply register in the main floor bathroom does not have enough free area and
no way to regulate to flow of air.
THERE ARE QUITE POSSIBLY MORE CODE VIOLATIONS IN THE HOUSE
THAT ARE CONCEILED IN THE WALLS OR CEILIlNGS THAT CANNOT BE
EVALUATED WITHOUT OPENING THEM UP TO INVESTIGATE. WE WOULD
ALSO RECOMMEND A HEAT LOSS AND COOLIN LO , OF SIDENCE.
