Public Works Director DATE: August 22, 1988 SUBJECT: Special Use Pemnit 88-10 In reviewing the Special Use permit for a third accessory building at 146b Onondaga Street, I have enticed that) the rear yard abuts the future extension of 73-1/2 Avenue. A few years ago, the City authorized the splitting of the rear yards on those properties between Onondaga Street and 73rd Avenue. These splits were predicated upon the future extension and construction of 73-1/2 Avenue. The future extension of 73-1/2 Avenue extends 20 feet into the subject property and is 27 feet wide. As the probability for extending 73-1/2 Avenue is quite good, the City should obtain a street and utility easement of 27 feet by 20 feet from the southeast corner of Lot 22, Auditors Subdivision -129. ' Reca mend this stipulation be added to the three stipulations identitied on gage 4-I of the August 22, 1988, agenda.
