SUBJECT: Special Use Pemnit 88-10
In reviewing the Special Use permit for a third accessory building at 146b
Onondaga Street, I have enticed that) the rear yard abuts the future extension
of 73-1/2 Avenue.
A few years ago, the City authorized the splitting of the rear yards on those
properties between Onondaga Street and 73rd Avenue. These splits were
predicated upon the future extension and construction of 73-1/2 Avenue. The
future extension of 73-1/2 Avenue extends 20 feet into the subject property
and is 27 feet wide.
As the probability for extending 73-1/2 Avenue is quite good, the City should
obtain a street and utility easement of 27 feet by 20 feet from the southeast
corner of Lot 22, Auditors Subdivision -129. '
Reca mend this stipulation be added to the three stipulations identitied on
gage 4-I of the August 22, 1988, agenda.

On August 22, 1988 the Fridley City Council officially approved your request
for a Special Use Permit, SP #88-10, to allow a third accessory building on
Lot 22, except the west 85 feet, Auditor's Subdivision No. 129, the same
being 1466 Onondaga Street N.E. with the following stipulations:
This accessory building is not to be used for automobile repair business.
There is to be ro driveway access from the accessory building to Onondaga
Street N. E.
vwl� - The design of the building is to be architecturally canpatible with the
house.
Petitioner work with staff to acquire an appropriate easement for a
potential future extension of 73 1/2 Avenue N.E.
