On April 26, 1988, it was confirmed by an on-site inspection that the
property at 1470 Chondaga Street N. L does not meet the minimum standards
necessary to maintain a pleasant and prosperous suburban environment. While
major code requirements are satisfied, the following item does not comply
with the performance standards of the City Code:
L Remove outside storage items: one (1) gold chair and one (1) washing
machine.
Your immediate action to correct this situation would be a great improvement
for your property and the entire ommmunity as well. An inspection will be

The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of
promoting a pleasant and attractive suburban environment. A recent
inspection of the property north at 1470 Onondaga Street N.E. has
revealed that not all Code requirements are presently being met.
Listed below are the items which do not comply with the City Code:

registration parked in driveway. Fridley City Code 123
