We received a call from the owner of 1342 Osborne Road, Mr. Chester
Perkerwicz. His purpose in calling us was to bring to our attention
some items that he feels should be corrected by you.
On August 22, 1978 I met with.him and he showed us the areas he felt
were problems that you should correct. These items were;
1. Sod over the gas trench that has settled.
2. Peeling paint on both the exterior walls and trim.
3.. An LP tank that should be removed.
4. Settlement of the ground by the front window on the west unit.
5. Water stands on driveway after a rain and the thickness of the
asphalt mat is 1 to A inches in at least a couple of areas.
None of these items are direct City Code violations, however we do
feel that the homeowner does have a right to complain about the items
and therefore we urge that you contact Mr. Perkerwicz and arrange to
correct the problem areas.
