RE: Proposed pool at 6740 Overton Drive, Clarence
Drulinski
The sanitarian discussed the installation of this pool
with Mr. Drulinski several days ago.
The following main items were covered.
1. No overhead electric wires within 10-20 feet.
2. All equipment including the pump and filter should be
N.S.F. approved. H.P.E. has approved equipment. All
models noted on the brochure are approved. '
3. It should be recognized that this pool has no skimmer r
main drain. Therefore, the water movement within the / )
pool is limited. There is an inlet and outlet from th
filter as pictured on the brochure.
4. A vacuum breaker must be provided on the outside hose
bibb. If the edge of the pool has a higher elevation
than the hose bibb, the vacuum breaker will not be
effective.
5. A deck should be provided around the pool.
6. A fence will be provided.
7. The electrical equipment must have an effective ground.
The sanitarian recommends approval of the pool plans.

Re: Fence Repair & Maintenance at 6740 Overton Drive N.E., Fridley, MN
Dear Ms. Drulenski:
It was brought to the City's attention and confirmed by an on-site inspection
on June 1, 1982 that the fence around the swimming pool at the above noted
address was in need of maintenance.
Said inspection found that some boards in the fence were missing, loose
and/or broken. Section 213 of the City Code does require that all fences
be maintained in a good state of repair.
Therefore, the City must require that you repair your fence by replacing
any missing or broken boards and by reattaching any loose boards..
A reinspection will be conducted on orabout June 14, 1982 to determine
compliance. We are confident in your cooperation on this matter and if

Dear Ms. Drulenski:
It was confirmed by an on-site inspection on June 1, 1982 that you were
maintaining a green Plymouth station wagon, with Minnesota license #CJC 415,
on the above listed property in a junked, street inoperable condition.
Chapter 123 of the Fridley City Code requires that all vehicles in the
City be currently licensed and in a street operable condition. An
alternative is to store said vehicles within a building or at an approved
location, e.g. a licensed junk yard.
Therefore, the City must require you to remove said vehicle from this
property or bring it into compliance with the City Codes by either
licensing and putting the vehicle in a street operable condition, placing
it within the confines of a building, or removing it to an approved
location.
A reinspection will be conducted on or about June 14, 1982 to determine
compliance. We are confident in your cooperation and desire to make
Fridley a better community to live in. If any questions or problems
result frown this letter, please feel free to contact me at 571-3450.
Failure to abate this violation may result in this matter being turned
over to the City Prosecutor for his legal consideration.

Dear Ms. Drulenski:
It was confirmed by an on-site inspection on June 1, 1982 that the above
listed property was being maintained in violation of Section 113, Refuse
Disposal, of the Fridley City Code.
Said inspection found varying amounts of plastic garbage bags full of yard
waste, wheels, tires, paper, a car hood, door & bumper, an old swing set,
an old above ground swimming pool, long weeds and grass, and other
miscellaneous refuse and debris deposited and littering the driveway, side.
yard and rear yard of your property. Section 113 requires that all refuse
be stored inside an approved metal 30 gallon. container with.the cover in
place between collections. In addition, said containers must be emptied
and the contents disposed of at an approved sanitary landfill at least
once a week.
Therefore, the City must require you to clean and maintain your property
free of all refuse and debris found deposited there and dispose of it in an
approved manner. A reinspection will be conducted on or about June 14, 1982
to determine compliance. We are confident in your cooperation and if any
questions or problems result from this letter, please feel free to call on
me at 571-3450.
