Ylinen, Chairman Board of Appeals Dear Sir: In reference to your official notice of Public Hearing concerning the Board of Appeals scheduled for June 28, 1967, discussing the following: Item Ido. 1: Request for a variance of Lot 11, Block 5, Brockview Terrace, Third Addition, same being 730 Pandora Dr,, M.E. by Westley J. Bengston, Fridley, Minnesota. I own the adjoining property, 740 Pandora Dr. which is on the east side of 730 Pandora Dre and the proposed addition would affect(,me more than any other neighbors property. It is my bedrooms which would be next to this proposed addition. I am opposed to this situation and the approval of this action because of safety reasons. I am, therefore, in agreement with the city of Fridley Code 45,24 of a side yard requirement of 5 fte and request it be adhered to in this action.
