Nawrocki, Fitzpatrick, Goodrich, Saunders KDWRS ABSENTe Noxi Mr. and Mrs. Culver, 920 Pandora Drive Northeast, were present and advised that they were the ne:ighbois immediately adjacent to than proposed garage construction. Mr. vpanie was not present as were no others, either for or against the Variance. Mrs. Culver stated that they were not opposed to the Variance provided that they could build their garage five feet from .the line. Mrs. Culver was advised by the City Manager that so long as they conformed to the set back requirements of the Zoning Ordinance, they would have no problem in obtaining a Building Pe=it.
