I have no specifications on pump and filter, no yard layout, no water hook-up detail, no detail on diving board and no fencing information. 1. Provide a fence with self closing and self latching gate. Provide a letter to City if none. 2. Pump and filter should meet National Sanitation Foundation standards. I assume that there is at least a 12 hour turnover rate. Generally, we are getting 7-8 hours. 3. I recommend two return lines with one in the shallow end to maintain the chlorine residual. 4. A back water preventer shall be provided on the water line inside the house to the particular water line supplying the sill cork used to fill the pool with a garden hose. The City is currently considering removing the monument sign from this location for the reasons cited previously.
