with us the plans to tear out their existing drive -way surfal'e and replace
it with poured concrete. ;:_We understand that the space will_Ibe decreased
to one (1) foot between the drive -way and our existing property line.
We understand that the top part of the drive -way will curve towards the
garage to --eliminate the loose rocks and provide better watershed. We
understand that this -does not affect the existing rules about the distance
