Councilman Sheridan showed the Council a drawing of the proposed construction of
the how of Mr. and Mrs. Belgum, and plans for construction of the house.
Motion by Sheridan to grant the request of Mr. and Pies. Belgum for a waiver of
the front yard setback from 35 feet to 20 feet to permit construction of a one
family dwelling on Lot 11, Block 1, Marion Sills Addition. Seconded by Wright.
Upon a voice vote, there being no nays, eche motion carried unanimwasly.
