On ul 2, 1987 it was oonf irmed by an onsite inspection that the property
at 5222 Pierce Street N.E. does not meet the minimum standards necessary to
maintain a pleasant and prosperous suburban environment. While major code
requirements are satisfied, the following item does not comply with the
performance standards of the City Code:
1. Exterior storage in the side yard at the Green Storage shed.
Your immediate action to correct this situation would be a great improvement
for your property and the entire community as well. An inspection will be
conducted on or about July 20, 1987 to determine compliance.
