The address is the site of a newly constructed residential home. Erosion is occurring along the back of the property as the lot drains toward the back. The erosion is occurring due to the fact that the yard has not been seeded or sodded. Sodding of the yard, both front and back, should greatly improve the situation. If they choose to seed the yard, they will need to install erosion control blankets and additional silt fencing around the entire site.
