COMPLAINT OF NO BACKYARD PRIVACY BY MR. LUBRATT, 424 RICE CREEK BLVD.

Mr. Lubratt complained that Woodcrest Baptist Church is putting up
an addition to their church and have provided for windows on the
east side of the building which leaves Mr. Lubratt no privacy for
his Home in his backyard where he has put up a.expensive swimming
pool. He indicated that you had requested that the contractor
eliminate these windows and.put them on.the west side, but now
he says that windows have been provided on the.east side.
Mr. Lubratt wants to know what the City can do to protect his.
privacy. Please review this and take the appropriate action.
Please advise me of the action taken.
