(^REQUEST BY CHARLES E. JOHANSON, 160 HART14N CIRCLE NORTHEAST, FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA 55432) Mr. Johanson was present and explained that the main purpose for the request for the variance was so that he could save some of the trees on the lot. He said the neighbors have no objection to this, and the house would be set back 35 feet on the side where there is a neighbor. The setback would be approximately 25 feet on the other side. BOARD OF APPEALS, JULY 26, 1967 PAGE 2 MOTION by Minish to grant the variance, as not to do so would require the removal of four trees, also because of the curve of the street, the building will not actually be out in front of the neighbors house, as it will be set back 35 feet on that side of the property. Seconded by Mit,elstadt. Upon a voice vote, there being no nays, the motion carried unanimously. ADJOURNMENT: MOTION by Mittelstadt to adjourn. Seconded by Minish. Upon a voice vote, there being no nays, Chairman Ylinen declared the meeting adjourned. Respectfully submitted, Mlvin C. Brunsell Secretary to the Board ENGINEERING', IN.C. C;V!
