A mechanical permit was issued on May 4, 2000 for the property located at
560 Rice Creek Blvd. NE for a furnace and an air conditioning unit. According to
Section 305(a) of the 1991 Uniform Mechanical Code a final inspection shall be
performed on the mechanical system. As of this date no inspection has been
called for.
You will be given thirty (30) days from receipt of this notice to respond. If we do
