Thank you for your letter responding to the notes we made on the
house plan for 1500 Rice Creek Drive. we have checked the plans
over and made the following comments:
1. Bearing Mullion of 4X4 demension is adequate
2. Fan access is noted just as a reminder to builder
3.' Scuttle Hole installed in walk in closet is acceptable
4. *Doubling Joists under non-bearing partitions is required
only in structures financed through F.H.A.
5. _Proposed nailing as described is acceptable in as much as
the members only carry the weight of the ceiling.

A final inspection was made on March 31, 1977 of 1500 Rice Creek Drive N.E.
and the following items were noted which must be completed before the
structure can be finaled out;
I. Provide sod in the front and side yards by July 13, 1977.
2. Provide a hard surfaced driveway by July 13, 1977.
3. Provide joist hangers under living area walkway by April 8, 1977.
4. Provide frost footing for deck posts by July 13,1977.
5. Provide house numbers on structure by April 8, 1977.
6. Provide handrail to basement by April 8, 1977.
7. Provide garage door closer between house and garage by April 8, 1977.
